Queensland SuperGrid now connected to Australia's tallest wind turbines

Dulacca wind turbines

The Queensland Government's energy and jobs plan is getting a boost of affordable, clean and reliable renewable energy with the activation of the 180MW Dulacca wind farm in the Western Downs.

The project features Australia's tallest wind turbines at 230m - 100m taller than the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

This achievement follows the recent installation of the final solar panel at the Western Downs Green Power Hub in the Southern Renewable Energy Zone, just 100km away.
