Perth will welcome global leaders in robotics, artificial intelligence, and cyber technology next month for a major new international event.
The inaugural Indo-Pacific Robotics, Autonomy, AI and Cyber Conference (IPRAAC) will take place from 7 to 9 October 2025. The conference will build on the success of previous Indo-Pacific technology events and is set to become a key meeting point for experts and innovators from around the world.
More than 400 participants are expected to attend, including researchers, industry representatives, and technology specialists. Over 70 speakers will share their insights on the latest developments in automation, AI, and cyber innovation across sectors such as mining, agriculture, energy, space, and defence.
The program will feature workshops, presentations, and discussions exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping industries and daily life. Delegates will have opportunities to connect, share ideas, and form collaborations to drive future advances.
Speakers include experts from the United States, Japan, and Australia. Among them are Dr John Blitch from Blitz Solutions, Dr S. Kate Conroy from the Royal Australian Air Force, NASA program manager Roger Hunter, and Dr Holly Yanco from the New England Robotics Validation and Experimentation Centre.
The event highlights Perth’s growing role as a hub for advanced technology and innovation in the Indo-Pacific region.
