Since its launch in October 2023, the Service NSW Business Bureau has seen over 195,000 businesses leverage its digital tools, transforming how companies manage licences, government transactions, and access support in New South Wales.
Recent upgrades to the Business Bureau’s digital services, including the Business Profile and mobile app, offer business owners new features such as secure team access sharing, streamlined voucher management, and real-time tracking of applications for grants and vouchers.
The Business Profile serves as a centralized platform allowing businesses to manage licences, receive tailored SMS and email updates, autofill applications, track progress, explore government tenders, and connect with live Business Concierge support.
Additional digital tools offered include License Manager, event bookings with independent advisors, a compliance self-check tool for motor repair businesses, and easy vehicle registration renewals—all designed to support businesses at every stage.
With more than 870,000 small businesses in NSW representing 97% of all businesses, these enhancements aim to increase efficiency, transparency, and ease of access to government services, helping businesses thrive.
