Queensland to Host World’s Leading Agriculture Investment Event

Brisbane will welcome the world’s largest agriculture investment conference in June 2026. Global AgInvesting will take place in the Southern Hemisphere for the first time, marking a major milestone for Queensland’s growing role in global agriculture markets.

The event brings together investors, fund managers, and agribusiness leaders from across the world. It creates opportunities for investment in agribusiness, AgTech, infrastructure, and sustainable farming.

Hosting Global AgInvesting highlights Queensland’s strength in primary production and its position as a gateway for agricultural investment in the Asia-Pacific region. The state produces around a quarter of Australia’s primary goods and continues to expand its innovation and trade capacity.

Global AgInvesting Portfolio Director Jonathan Levin said Queensland’s mix of climate zones, strong AgTech focus, and sustainable practices made it the ideal location. He said the event would connect investors with the region’s vibrant agricultural sector and help drive global partnerships.

The conference is expected to attract international attention and investment, helping grow Queensland’s multi-billion-dollar primary industries sector.
